As a National Association of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM CPT), Jen possess a wide range of professional training experiences in health and fitness programs with enthusiasm and commitment to achieve results. Additionally, she enjoys conducting research on the latest trends and newest developments in training and nutrition.
Additionally, Jen is a P90X Certified Trainer in Columbus, Ohio. Using the P90X program and philosophy, she delivers results to clients through resistance training, cardio training, core and stability work, mobility work, and nutrition. By working with a P90X personal trainer, clients now have the chance to enhance their results through personalized coaching and real accountability, which can't be provided by the DVD series alone.
As a group fitness instructor, she plans and implements fitness programs for participants to facilitate a healthy lifestyle. Each week, she prepares and teaches multiple group fitness classes for participants of all fitness levels. She was trained under Les Mills™ to instruct BODYATTACK, a high-energy, sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. She also teaches cardio/resistance circuit training classes and is trained to teach Mad Dogg Spinning, an indoor cycling program.
Jen is also a technique coach for girls' and women's softball. As a former college softball player and ESPN Academic All-American, she possesses expertise in teaching fundamentals of the game. Throughout the years, she has taught fastpitch softball technique clinics to girls and women of all ages.
